NORTHLAKE, Texas (AP) _ Farmer Brothers Co. (FARM) on Tuesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $133,000.
The Northlake, Texas-based company said it had net income of less than 1 cent on a per-share basis. Earnings, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions and restructuring costs, were 14 cents per share.
The coffee and tea company posted revenue of $149.5 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $18.3 million, or $1.11 per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $606.5 million.
Farmer Brothers shares have fallen 12 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $28.40, a decline of 12 percent in the last 12 months.
