The Canfield, Ohio-based bank said it had earnings of 21 cents per share.
The bank posted revenue of $26.1 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $24.4 million.
Farmers National shares have climbed 1 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $14.35, a climb of 50 percent in the last 12 months.
