WARRENTON, Va., Aug. 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. (FBSS) announced today that its Board of Directors on August 15, 2019 declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share. This dividend was declared for shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 13, 2019 and will be payable on October 1, 2019. The $0.12 per share dividend represents a $0.48 dividend on an annualized basis.
Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. and its principal subsidiary, The Fauquier Bank, had combined assets of $717.5 million and total shareholders' equity of $64.1 million at June 30, 2019.
