Fed's Dudley repeats need for better bank culture

LONDON, March 21 (Reuters) - Federal Reserve Bank of New York President William Dudley repeated on Tuesday that bank culture needs to be improved, suggesting that senior executives lead by example and that firms reward employees who speak out.

Dudley, addressing a forum at the Bank of England, did not comment on monetary policy or the state of the U.S. economy.
