Investors Affected : February 26, 2018 - July 1, 2019

A class action has commenced on behalf of certain shareholders in GTT Communications, Inc. Investors Affected : February 7, 2019 - July 25, 2019

A class action has commenced on behalf of certain shareholders in Carbonite, Inc.
