Finning Announces Redemption of Its 5.16% Medium Term Notes

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jun 3, 2013) - Finning International Inc. (FTT.TO) ("Finning") announced today that it will redeem, in whole, its Canadian dollar denominated $250 million, 5.16 per cent Medium Term Notes due September 3, 2013, (the "Notes") on July 5, 2013. CUSIP No. 31807ZAD4. The Notes were originally issued in May 2008.

The redemption price has been determined based on the Government of Canada Yield plus 47.5 basis points, all as contemplated under, and defined in, the terms governing the Notes. Note-holders will also be paid accrued but unpaid interest to the redemption date.
