VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) _ First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (FQVLF) on Monday reported second-quarter earnings of $78 million.
The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said it had net income of 11 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 13 cents per share.
The metal and minerals mining company posted revenue of $939 million in the period.
First Quantum Minerals shares have climbed 14% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $9.16, a fall of 37% in the last 12 months.
