CLARKSVILLE, Ind. (AP) _ First Savings Financial Group Inc. (FSFG) on Thursday reported fiscal third-quarter net income of $3.1 million.

The Clarksville, Indiana-based company said it had net income of $1.31 per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to $1.49 per share.

The bank holding company posted revenue of $14.5 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $12.8 million.

First Savings Financial shares have climbed 19 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 27 percent in the last 12 months.
