The public can vote at SmallBusinessRevolution.org for which small town will receive the revitalization and be featured in the reality show
The chance to win a $500,000 makeover for its small business is alive and well for five small towns today after Deluxe announced the communities in the running to win Season 5 of the Small Business Revolution. Beginning today, the public will have one week to vote for their favorite town to be featured on the reality show, streaming on www.smallbusinessrevolution.org, Hulu and Prime Video.
Since the show debuted in 2016, Deluxe, a Trusted Business Technology™ company, has received more than 36,000 nominations from small towns across the country. In November 2019, the company announced 10 finalist communities vying for the chance to win this year’s contest. After visiting each of the towns, Deluxe narrowed the list to five communities that range from New York to Oregon.
Small business owners in the winning town will receive marketing support and business advice from a team of Deluxe small-business marketing professionals, including Chief Brand & Content Officer and co-host of the show, Amanda Brinkman. Joining Brinkman as co-host for the third year is television personality and renovation icon Ty Pennington, who brings his infectious personality and eye for aesthetic changes to the show.
"As we enter our fifth season, it’s remarkable that we are still receiving such amazing, compelling nominations," Brinkman said. "Deluxe takes so much pride in being able to help the businesses in these small towns and showcase the true grit and determination it takes to be an entrepreneur. Any one of the top 10 towns could have made it to our final five this year, but, unfortunately, we had to make some difficult decisions. We are thrilled with this list and can’t wait to find out where the public is sending us this year!"

- Spearfish, SD
- Livingston, MT
- Benicia, CA
- The Dalles, OR
From Jan. 14-21, members of the public can visit SmallBusinessRevolution.org to learn about each town and vote for their favorite community. Once the winner is chosen, Brinkman, Pennington and the Deluxe Small Business Marketing Team will head to the winning town to provide marketing counsel and other assistance to selected business owners. The town’s story will be told in Season 5 of Small Business Revolution, which will air in the fall 2020.
