FNB Bancorp Declares Second Quarter 2017 Cash Dividend

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 3, 2017) - FNB Bancorp (OTCQB: FNBG), the parent company for First National Bank of Northern California, announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of sixteen cents per share ($0.16/share) on the Company's Common Stock totaling approximately $779,538.08. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of April 28, 2017.
