Former HP CEO Apotheker says board shares blame for Autonomy, Bloomberg says

Former Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) CEO Leo Apotheker said that the company's board should also be held responsible for the Autonomy acquisition, according to a Bloomberg report. The report cites an emailed statement for Apotheker in which he writes, "No single CEO is ever able to make a decision on a major acquisition in isolation...and certainly not without the full support of the chairman of the board."
