BRASELTON, Ga. (AP) _ Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOXF) on Wednesday reported second-quarter earnings of $22.9 million.
On a per-share basis, the Braselton, Georgia-based company said it had profit of 59 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 68 cents per share.
The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 66 cents per share.
The vehicle suspension maker posted revenue of $192.1 million in the period, also beating Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $188.3 million.
For the current quarter ending in October, Fox Factory Holding expects its per-share earnings to range from 75 cents to 80 cents.
The company said it expects revenue in the range of $200 million to $208 million for the fiscal third quarter.
Fox Factory Holding expects full-year earnings in the range of $2.56 to $2.64 per share, with revenue ranging from $728 million to $743 million.
Fox Factory Holding shares have climbed 36% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $80.08, a rise of 61% in the last 12 months.
