NEW YORK (AP) _ Twenty-First Century Fox Inc. (FOX) on Wednesday reported fiscal second-quarter net income of $10.82 billion.
The New York-based company said it had net income of $5.80 per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 37 cents per share.
The owner of Fox News Channel and the 20th Century Fox movie studio posted revenue of $8.5 billion in the period.
Fox shares have risen nearly 3 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 38 percent in the last 12 months.
