The Washington Post is currently offering six free months of digital access to Amazon Prime members.
The offer is available for new subscribers. Normally, Washington Post subscriptions start at $9.99 per month.
This offer presumably stems from Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos’ purchase of the newspaper in 2013.

The standard Amazon Prime membership costs $99 per year — which is the cheaper option — or $10.99 per month. But a free 30-day trial is available. Just visit the main Prime page and click on the yellow “Start your 30-day Prime free trial” button.
The Prime Student membership costs 50 percent less, and a free six-month trial is available. Just visit the Prime Student page and click on the yellow “Start Your 6-Month Trial” button.
If you have a Prime membership and you want to take advantage of the Washington Post free trial, you’ll be able to use your Amazon log-in credentials to access the Washington Post site.
