This 'Friends' Cereal Is Based Entirely On Chandler In The Iconic Thanksgiving Episode
Friends left Netflix this year and the entire nation was shook. True fans know that even without the show available on streaming services, you can still show your love for the six-person squad in innovative ways like t-shirts, coffee mugs, and slow cookers...need I say more? Oh yeah, and now Friends cereal, too!
Funko is selling a multigrain cereal that is inspired by Friends but, more specifically, is inspired by an episode that true die-hards know by heart. Season five episode eight—you know, the one that shows all the Thanksgiving flashbacks and the iconic turkey head.
In this episode, one of the Thanksgiving flashbacks includes Chandler looking quite ridiculous and sporting some Flock of Seagulls hair. That version of Chandler is what this cereal is all about, as it features a big cartoon version of young Chandler on the box.
It also comes with a toy inside just like any worthwhile box of cereal does, but the toy is a mini Chandler Funko Pocket Pop! figurine. To top it all off, there's a maze game on the back of the box in the shape of the recognizable Friends peephole frame.
This rare cereal is available exclusively on boxlunch.com and is currently on sale for just $5 compared to its usual $10.90 price tag. I'd suggest you do this the right way and buy one box for eating and another to keep unopened with the rest of your Friends collectables. Or you can always buy a box to share with a pal, unless you're like Joey, who, as we know, DOESN'T SHARE FOOD.
