'Fuller House' Co-star Explains Why Lori Loughlin Case Is 'Upsetting' For Cast

College Scandal Still Simmering

A cast member of "Fuller House," the Netflix revival show untarnished until the college admissions scandal, explained why the events surrounding Lori Loughlin is still "upsetting" for everyone.

Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, were accused in the college admissions scam several months ago, when the two allegedly paid $500,000 to get their daughters Olivia Jade and Isabella into the crew team at Southern California University.

Family Matters

Juan Pablo di Pace, who plays Fernando on "Fuller House," says Loughlin, who played Aunt Becky on the show, is a part of them.

“Well, we all love Lori because Lori’s part of this family, too. So, it’s an upsetting situation," says di Pace, according to Us Weekly.

Only Good Intentions

He went on to say that cast members only want the best for Loughlin:

"I mean, we wish her the very, very best on this really difficult situation, but she is part of the family, so it’s painful for everybody.”

'Fuller House' Will Soon Be Empty

"Fuller House" will soon have its final season with Season 5, but di Pace said he wasn't sure how Loughlin will be written off the show.

“They don’t tell me about that. We don’t talk about that," he says.
