Game of Thrones' Kit Harington has emotional reaction to finale script in last table read
Note: This story contains spoilers for Game of Thrones' series finale 'The Iron Throne' – just in case you still haven't got round to watching it yet...
Game of Thrones' behind-the-scenes documentary The Last Watch included Kit Harington's emotional reaction to that huge finale twist.
The two-hour documentary premiered on Sunday night (May 26) on HBO, and included a detailed behind-the-scenes look at the eighth and final season.

Among the scenes was a table read of the dramatic scene in series finale 'The Iron Throne' where Jon Snow (Kit Harington) stabs Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) through the heart.
As previously revealed by his co-star Emilia, Kit chose to avoid looking at the final script until the table read which meant his first reaction was caught on film - and it was rather emotional, as he can be seen clutching his hand to his mouth and getting teary.

Kit aside, plenty of other people had strong reactions to the finale. Digital Spy readers on the whole were disappointed by what the last ever episode of the show had to offer.
Meanwhile, former Game of Thrones stars Richard Madden (Robb Stark) and Charles Dance (Tywin Lannister) have both reacted to the finale - with Madden being "totally surprised" and Dance being "confused". Eek.
