"It's the perfect time of year, as the weather gets warmer, to treat our guests to this refreshing menu, featuring light and zesty flavors."
Beginning April 1, guests will see the Bleu Cheese & Spiced Pecan Lemon Salad, a delicious way to wake-up the taste buds. As guests move their way around the restaurant, they will also find the Tangy Lemon Muffin and the Creamy Lemon and Asparagus Hot Pasta. Top it off with a decadent dessert, the Lemon Lava Cake, served in all restaurants for dinner April 17-29. All of the dishes are made-from-scratch with no added preservatives.
It's not just the flavors that will leave guests feeling energized. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, lemons are an excellent source of potassium and Vitamin C, making them natural antioxidants. Garden Fresh's lemons come straight from the farm, as the restaurant company works directly with the Limoniera Company, which has ranches throughout California and Arizona.
