Geron Corporation Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock and Warrants

FOSTER CITY, Calif., March 29, 2022--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Geron Corporation (Nasdaq: GERN), a late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company, today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock, or for certain investors that so choose, in lieu of shares of its common stock, pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock, together with accompanying warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All of the securities in the proposed offering are to be sold by Geron. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
