Giannis Antetokounmpo Leads Milwaukee to Win Over Celtics, Still Can’t Get Table at Belair Cantina

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored the winning tip-in on Sunday as the Milwaukee Bucks beat the Boston Celtics 104-102, but he found it a lot harder to find a table at a restaurant after the game.

The "Greek Freak" had 27 points, seven rebounds and five assists as the Bucks won their second consecutive game to level their first-round series at 2-2.

After the game, the Bucks' star headed to BelAir Cantina in Milwaukee, located on the corner of N. Water and N. Humboldt streets where he waited 10 minutes to be served before eventually leaving as he couldn’t get a table.

Antetokounmpo’s predicament was captured by a fellow diner in a tweet that quickly went viral.

“At @ BelAirCantina on Water Street and just watched @ Giannis_An34 wait for a table for 10 minutes and no one helped him so he left,” tweeted @MoSokanhe.

“Dude just won Milwaukee a playoff game! Get him some service.”

BelAir restaurants are renowned for their $2 tacos promotion on Tuesdays and Thursdays, when waiting time for a table stretches to over an hour.

The chain has apologized to Antetokounmpo and pledged to offer free tacos to Bucks fans, should Milwaukee win the series against the Boston Celtics.
