The global tablet market is heading into a larger price competition in 2014 that may force white-box makers in China out of the market, reports DigiTimes. ACcording to industry sources, Samsung (SNSLF) has turned to aggressive pricing while others like Google (GOOG) and Amazon (AMZN) have offered 7-inch models at $159-$199 to promote tablet sales.
