GlyEco Announces Closing of Acquisition of Certain Glycol Distillation Assets from The Dow Chemical Company

("RS&T") of certain glycol distillation assets from Union Carbide Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company, at Institute, West Virginia.
