On a per-share basis, the Lakewood, Colorado-based company said it had a loss of 3 cents.
The regional quick service restaurant chain posted revenue of $26.8 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $1 million, or 8 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $99.2 million.
Good Times Restaurants expects full-year revenue in the range of $112 million to $114 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, the company's shares hit $3.80. A year ago, they were trading at $2.50.
