Grains futures fall or stay flat, pork prices rise

Corn and soybean futures fall, while wheat and oat futures are flat on the CBOT

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grain prices either fell or were flat Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery was flat at $8.6925 a bushel; December corn fell 1 cent to $7.5050 a bushel; December oats were flat at $3.6075 a bushel; while January soybeans fell 10.50 cents to $14.3750 a bushel.

Beef futures fell and pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle fell 0.60 cent to $1.2760 a pound; January feeder fell 0.10 cent to $1.4665 a pound; while December lean hogs rose 0.25 cent to 83.95 cents a pound.
