The Omaha, Nebraska-based company said it had net income of 43 cents per share.
The ethanol and fuel storage company posted revenue of $21.1 million in the period.
Green Plains Partners shares have increased 11% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $15.10, a decrease of almost 5% in the last 12 months.
