Greenscape Capital Group Inc. ("Greenscape") (TSX VENTURE:GRN) - is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Emri to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Emri is currently the President of Emri Group, a Vancouver based real estate investment firm founded in 2005. Prior to starting Emri Group, he was a partner at Professors Capital, a San Diego based real estate firm. His professional responsibilities over the past 20 years have included acquisitions, asset management, financing and development. Mr. Emri has been involved in real estate investments including office, industrial, retail, multi-family and land assets in California, Arizona, British Columbia, and Colorado.
Mr. Emri states: "It is great to join the Greenscape Capital team to assist with the company's focus on US real estate. I believe that the US national real estate market is past its cyclical low. Greenscape is also pleased to report that Canopy Airport Parking Facility's occupancy has continued to improve through 2012. Physical car count numbers were up 23% compared to last October.
Additionally, Mr. Christopher Bennett has stepped down from the Board to become an advisor to the Company. The Company wishes to thank him for his time as a Board Member and is looking forward to working with him in his advisory position.
