NEW YORK (AP) _ Griffin Land & Nurseries Inc. (GRIF) on Tuesday reported a fiscal third-quarter loss of $122,000, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the New York-based company said it had a loss of 2 cents.
The real estate and landscape company posted revenue of $8 million in the period.
Griffin shares have climbed 7 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 6.5 percent in the last 12 months.
