CHICAGO, March 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Grubhub Inc. (GRUB), the nation's leading takeout marketplace, today announced the resignation of Benjamin Spero from its Board of Directors and Compensation Committee. Spero is departing in order to increase his focus on other business interests.
