GSI Technology: Fiscal 2Q Earnings Snapshot

SUNNYVALE, Calif. (AP) _ GSI Technology Inc. (GSIT) on Thursday reported a loss of $351,000 in its fiscal second quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Sunnyvale, California-based company said it had a loss of 2 cents.

The chipmaker posted revenue of $12.8 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in January, GSI Technology said it expects revenue in the range of $12.8 million to $13.8 million.

GSI Technology shares have dropped 23 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $6.15, a decline of 11 percent in the last 12 months.
