Los Angeles, November 13, 2013 - GTX Corp (GTXO), a leader in customizable, patented 2-way GPS solutions and TRACKER.COM, headquartered in Switzerland, recently signed a letter of intent to set up commercial operations to sell, distribute and support the GTX Corp platform of GPS enabled insoles.

Under the agreement and terms of the LOI the Companies plan to finalize the go-to-market strategy and pricing which will be announced in the following weeks.
