The community bank holding company posted revenue of $39.3 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $35.8 million.
Guaranty Bancorp shares have increased 11 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $26.85, a climb of 57 percent in the last 12 months.
