TORONTO, April 04, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gulf & Pacific Equities Corp. (GUF.V) an established company focused on the acquisition, management and development of anchored shopping centres in Western Canada, is pleased to announce that it has converted its mortgages to fixed rates with Canadian Western Bank (“CWB”) for the Company’s St. Paul Shopping Centre in St. Paul and Tri-City Mall in Cold Lake, both in Alberta.
Under the terms of the conversion, the mortgage will be fixed for 5 years with a rate of 5.26% maturing on September 1, 2023. At the time of the conversion the combined mortgages outstanding will be $18,847,260 for the two properties.
