The Shouguang, China-based company said it had a loss of 42 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and asset impairment costs, came to 1 cent per share.
The specialty chemicals company posted revenue of $343,100 in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $343,000.
In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, the company's shares hit 93 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $1.51.
