Update 1/12/16: After putting her 7-bedroom mansion on the market last fall, Gwen Stefani abruptly removed it - and has now relisted it for the same exact price.
We're feeling a bit of real estate whiplash.
But we're not complaining, because although the reason for the flip-flop is unknown, this time we have a closer look at the incredible interiors that make an oh-so-Gwen-Stefani home. It's chic, it's bold and as mentioned before, it has a lot of marble - a favorite material of the home's designer, Kelly Wearstler.
Just take a look at the glam space:
Really, though, doesn't that living room with hot pink accents look like it could be the perfect backdrop to a poppy music video? (Cue Stefani's hit song, "Luxurious.")
Meanwhile, the pop star is gearing up to return to "The Voice" for Season 12 in February - where she'll compete with boyfriend Blake Shelton to coach contestants to victory - and just finished her North American tour, "This Is What It Feels Like," in the fall.
Originally 10/19/16: One of Beverly Hills' latest celebrity listings might just make the everyday home buyer start humming, "If I Was a Rich Girl."
A full six months after Stefani said "Sayonara!" to ex-husband and Bush lead singer, Gavin Rossdale (who allegedly had an affair with the couple's nanny), the couple's mansion is asking $35 million. The same home belonged to Jennifer Lopez until an entrepreneur purchased it from her in October 2004, reports Variety.
Stefani and Rossdale bought the 11,845-square-foot home in 2006 for $13.3 million - which means if it sells for its listing price, it'll earn a pretty profit of $22 million.
The 7-bedroom home features interiors designed by Kelly Wearstler and fancy amenities like a professional gym, outdoor kitchen, large pool, tennis court and house manager offices, according to the listing.
Oh, yea, and what appears possibly, just maybe, to be a chicken coop.
The interior of the home looks oh-so-Gwen, with hot pink furniture and tons of patterns (we're talking patterns on curtains, walls, rugs and even a bed frame.) It is also notably decked out in marble, with marble-clad floors, walls and fireplaces - a favorite material of Wearstler.
Meanwhile, Rossdale has found new lodging after dropping $7.6 million on a six-bedroom bachelor pad in Studio City in May. No word yet on whether Stefani has found a new abode, but we wouldn't be surprised if she was staying with new bae Blake Shelton at the moment.
The agency holding the listing is staying super hush-hush about it, but we found this aerial tour of the house for your viewing pleasure. (And psst: More interior photos are in the listing!)
