H2O Innovation: Utility Partners renews two operation and maintenance contracts and extends the scope of work of two municipal projects

QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Sep 6, 2017) - H2O Innovation Inc. ("H2O Innovation" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:HEO)(ALTERNEXT:MNEMO:ALHEO)(HEOFF) is proud to announce that Utility Partners, LLC ("UP"), its business line providing operation and maintenance services ("O&M") in the United States, recently renewed two (2) operation and maintenance contracts and extended the scope of work of two (2) municipal projects, totalling $5.1 M, which bring the Corporation's O&M business backlog to $53.3 M, excluding the projects sales backlog.

Utility Partners renewed two (2) municipal operation and maintenance contracts in the States of California and New Hampshire, for an additional five (5) years each. UP also extended the scope of work of two (2) existing municipal contracts, located in the States of Georgia and New Hampshire. These scope expansions include, respectively, the billing and collection services as well as the septage receiving station monitoring.
