The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were joined by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex when they attended a service at Westminster Abbey to pay tribute to those who fought in the war.

The young royals attended the service alongside the Queen to pay respects on the centenary of the Armistice.

Harry, Meghan, William and Kate all wore poppies for the occasion, and had changed outfits following the earlier Remembrance Day parade. Kate switched from a white-collared coat to a green one with black velvet headband, while Meghan changed her black coat and hat for a navy suit with a boat neck and matching beret.

The pregnant Duchess has been showing of a growing baby bump since the news was announced while on tour in Australia.

The Queen, meanwhile, opted for a brighter colour for the occasion - choosing a purple coat with matching hat.

She was joined by the President of Germany for the service.

Earlier in the day the royals had been pictured in the Cenotaph, with Prince William, Prince Harry and Prince Charles all leading the parade while their wives and the Queen watched from the balcony above.

Kate Middleton stood alongside Her Majesty and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall - raising questions about whether Meghan had been sidelined at the event.

However, it is thought she stood separately - alongside the wife of the President of Germany - because the balconies were too small to fit an extra person alongside Her Majesty.
