On a per-share basis, the Holliston, Massachusetts-based company said it had a loss of 1 cent. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs and stock option expense, came to 4 cents per share.
The medical instruments maker posted revenue of $28.6 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $28.7 million.
Harvard Bioscience expects full-year earnings in the range of 20 cents to 22 cents per share.
