NEW YORK (AP) _ HC2 Holdings Inc. (HCHC) on Monday reported a loss of $31 million in its fourth quarter.
The New York-based company said it had a loss of 66 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 14 cents per share.
The diversified holding company posted revenue of $498.4 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $31.5 million, or 66 cents per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was nearly unchanged at $1.98 billion.
In the final minutes of trading on Monday, the company's shares hit $2.28. A year ago, they were trading at $2.62.
