A Reason to Stay Engaged in Health
Few consumers stay engaged in their healthcare program throughout the year. Help Closing Gaps in Care
Nearly half (44%) of consumers enrolled in health plans have a chronic condition. However, only 14% say their plan helps them better manage their disease. By closing gaps in care, health plans can realize significant cost savings.

Forty-six percent (46%) of Americans who use digital health tools say the data collected by these tools is not incorporated into their healthcare.
