Health care stocks surge again as Senate unveils Obamacare replacement

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are slightly up at the midday mark, with the health care (XLV) sector leading the way up for the third day in a row, while financials (XLF) and consumer stapes (XLP) are still in the red. Alan Valdes, director of floor operations at Silverbear, joins us live from the New York Stock Exchange.
