Helios Total Return Fund, Inc. Monthly Dividend Declaration
NEW YORK, NEW YORK--(Marketwire - Feb 1, 2013) - Helios Total Return Fund, Inc. (HTR) (the "Fund") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a monthly dividend of $0.19 per share, payable on February 28, 2013 to stockholders of record on February 14, 2013. The ex-dividend date is February 12, 2013. Based on the NYSE closing price of $24.39 on January 31, 2013, the Fund''s annualized dividend yield was 9.35%.

The dividend yield referenced above is calculated as the annualized amount of the most recent monthly dividend declared divided by the stated stock price.
