DALLAS, TX, October 8, 2013 - HFF announced today that it has arranged $400 million in financing for six Omni Hotels totaling 2,575 guest rooms located in California, Indiana, Pennsylvania and Texas.
HFF worked on behalf of the borrower, Omni Hotels Corporation, to secure the fixed-rate loan through Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, which was represented by Paul Geyer.
