High River Announces Change to the Board of Directors
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan 24, 2013) - High River Gold Mines Ltd. ("High River" or the "Company") (HRG.TO) announces the resignation of Sergey Stepanov as a Director of the Company effective January 22, 2013.
