PHILADELPHIA (AP) _ Hill International Inc. (HIL) on Wednesday reported a loss of $14.9 million in its fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Philadelphia-based company said it had a loss of 28 cents. Losses, adjusted to account for discontinued operations, were 8 cents per share.
The construction consultant posted revenue of $128.8 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $100.6 million.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $18.8 million, or 36 cents per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $434.1 million.
Hill International expects full-year revenue in the range of $400 million to $425 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company's shares hit $4.70. A year ago, they were trading at $3.25.
