Friction Materials LLC, a business division of Honeywell International Inc. (HON), recently launched Bendix POLICE - a new range of brake pads designed to provide better performance for fleet vehicles in law enforcement agencies.
The new Bendix POLICE semi-metallic brake pads work under extreme driving conditions and are more efficient with their friction formula. The new line of brake pads offers a longer wear life and higher resistance. They help the police fleet vehicles in high speed pursuits and sudden stoppages under extreme conditions. With the launch of new products, the company is likely to augment its revenues. The company expects sales for full-year 2013 to be in the range of $38.8 - $39.3 billion.
