Houston Dentist Achieves Invisalign Elite Provider Designation
Based on Her Experience With the Clear Teeth Alignment System, Dr. Ann Haggard of Designer Smiles Recently Achieved One of the Highest Invisalign Provider Designations
WEBSTER, TX--(Marketwired - Nov 25, 2014) - Houston cosmetic dentist Ann Haggard, DDS is proud to announce her new designation as an Invisalign® Elite Provider. Since 2006, she has used the removable, virtually invisible aligners to incrementally and comfortably move her patients' teeth into a more desirable position. Dr. Haggard achieved this distinction after treating 300 patients with the clear tooth-straightening system at her practice, and she is required to continue conducting a minimum of 50 Invisalign® cases every six months in order to maintain the Elite Provider designation.
To offer the innovative alignment system, dentists and orthodontists must first receive specialized training from the makers of Invisalign®. Once training is complete, they are considered certified providers and can then achieve incremental Invisalign® provider designations based on their overall experience and success with teeth straightening treatment. According to Dr. Haggard, these various Invisalign® designations range from General Provider (who must conduct at least 10 Invisalign® cases per year) to Top 1% Provider (who has to perform 800 lifetime cases and continue to treat 200 cases per year). Having successfully treated over 300 patients since becoming certified to offer Invisalign®, Dr. Haggard's Elite Provider designation is the second highest distinction attainable.
As one of the few dentists in the Houston area to reach this significant Invisalign® provider designation, Dr. Haggard says her vast experience with the alignment system has helped her handle a number of difficult cases as well as successfully push the limits of what Invisalign® can accomplish for her patients.
