NEW YORK (AP) _ Hunt Companies Finance Trust, Inc. (HCFT) on Wednesday reported second-quarter net income of $1.4 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
The New York-based company said it had net income of 6 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 9 cents per share.
The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $10.3 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $4 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company's shares hit $3.34. A year ago, they were trading at $3.26.
