NEW YORK (AP) _ Hunt Companies Finance Trust, Inc. (HCFT) on Monday reported fourth-quarter net income of $1.2 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the New York-based company said it had profit of 5 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 6 cents per share.
The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $9 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $3.4 million.
For the year, the company reported net income of $6.2 million, or 11 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $15.4 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Monday, the company's shares hit $1.83. A year ago, they were trading at $3.59.
