ST LOUIS (AP) _ Huttig Building Products Inc. (HBP) on Monday reported third-quarter earnings of $1.2 million.

On a per-share basis, the St. Louis-based company said it had profit of 5 cents.

The construction materials company posted revenue of $222 million in the period.

In the final minutes of trading on Monday, the company's shares hit $3.89. A year ago, they were trading at $7.18.
