Hyatt Hotels Corp (NYSE: H) reported second-quarter FY22 sales of $1.48 billion, beating the consensus of $1.35 billion. Total revenues for Hyatt, excluding ALG, were $1.128 billion. The company reported $663 million in revenue last year.
Comparable system-wide RevPAR increased 82% to $130.16. System-wide Net Rooms Growth was 19%.
The company held $1.9 billion in cash and equivalents as of June 30, 2022.
Adjusted EBITDA rose to $255 million versus $55 million last year.
Adjusted EPS of $0.46 beat the analyst consensus of $0.10.
Outlook: Hyatt expects FY22 capital expenditure to be $210 million.
The company expects to grow net rooms by approximately 6.0%.
Comparable system-wide constant dollar RevPAR is expected to grow more than 55% - 60% from 2021.
Price Action: H shares are trading higher by 0.95% at $86 in premarket on the last check Tuesday.
